1. Event Coordination - expo hall product booth, ancillary events, speaker engagements, executive/round table meetings, product launches, road shows, executive handling, collateral creation
2. Pre-Event and On-Site Logistics - full service logistics planning prior to event and on-site
3. Booth Management - vendor management (SOW), budget, signage (branding standards), av/demo equipment, booth structure, electrical, internet, staff schedule, printing (collateral), on-message giveaways (collateral on USB), contests, travel information, lead generation, on-site greeters, team communication via live meetings, PowerPoint, conference calls and Word documents
4. Meeting Planning - manage budget, site searches, contracts, creative design for invitations, agendas, signage, attendee backgrounders for executives, RSVP management, AV, internet, executive gifts, note taking, complete set-up and breakdown of the meeting, report on attendance
5. Speaker Management - monitor deadlines, content submission, titles, descriptions, equipment, travel, public relations
6. Ancillary Events - site searches, budget, creative, invitation/RSVP management, entertainment, food and beverage, transportation
7. Marketing - ad, logo and guide submissions, all sponsorship aspects and other promotional marketing agreements plus off-site promotional event planning (cocktail parties, etc.)
8. Post-Event Logistics - booth break-down, shipping, comprehensive event wrap up to include lead generation, speaker scores, evaluation feedback and other related content, vendor invoicing and final budget submittal.
