Let's start with the fact that we have multiple coordinators on site the day of
your event. One coordinator is assigned to the bride, one to the groom and
wedding site and one at the reception site. We handle all aspects.
Rehearsal & Dinner
We keep in contact with every person in your wedding so they know exactly
what they are doing eliminating wedding day chaos. We coordinate the
rehearsal, the dinner, and we'll even buy and wrap your wedding party gifts if
you need that extra touch.
Wedding Ceremony
We always start on time! We will create a time line specifically for the bride and
one specifically for the groom and one for the wedding and reception events
themselves. These will be provided to all wedding party members, immediate
family members and to all vendors. These time lines are detailed and our
coordinators - always with a warm smile - ensure they are stuck to so you don't
have to worry about a thing. We handle the photography in a very orderly &
detailed manner as well.
Reception
We work with the best of the vendors. Together with our site coordinator, the
reception site is turned into the magical setting you always hoped for. We're
there from set-up to clean-up. There is a coordinator assigned to the bride &
groom at all times.
Flowers, Cake, Catering, Transportation, Music,
Photographers, Venue, Security = We've got it handled.
We will spend a great amount of time getting to know you so that your event
